Features and Application
Environmental protection, non-toxic; good inhibitory effect of the initial coloring, long-term stability, 200℃ Congo time(CR) greater than 120min; good electric performance & dispersion, good resistance to sulfide; processing performance is good. This product is applied to the black and color products.
CZ-3112 recommended for green soft PVC materials: wire and cable materials, film, artificial leather and other products. Can be used to produce UL70-105, J-70, H-70, J-90, H-90 wire and cable materials. SGS inspection and comply with EN71-3, EN1122, EPA3050B series of environmental standards.
Typical Formulation
Black products is proposed to add 3-4phr, color products recommended 4-5phr. Production formula recommended that less chlorinated paraffin is appropriate.
